Every package includes filming with the Canon Cinema EOS C80 in C4K portrait format, professional color grading and sound design, one revision, delivery 2–3 hours after the carpet closes, and social media usage rights. Higher packages include additional deliverables such as 16:9 horizontal cuts and extended durations.

No. Sound design and music selection are exclusively within the artistic direction of CINEDOCKS. This ensures that every film meets our cinematic standards. We select music that is both cinematically appropriate and legally cleared for social media use. This is a deliberate creative choice, not a limitation.

Your film is delivered digitally 2–3 hours after the red carpet closes (best efforts, not a contractual guarantee). You receive a private download link. Ultra-Express Delivery (add-on #AO04EN) reduces this to approximately 1 hour for an additional €200.

The Festival de Cannes very rarely cancels red carpet events. In the event of a confirmed cancellation by the Festival organization, we will work with you to find an alternative date or arrangement. Force majeure situations are handled case by case. Standard cancellation terms apply to client-initiated cancellations.

We typically film multiple clients per carpet event. However, we guarantee individual, dedicated attention at the moment of your passage. We are positioned professionally and discreetly, and our process is designed so that each client receives the same full quality regardless of how many bookings we have that day.

Upon booking confirmation, we provide you with a complete briefing: our exact position on the carpet, the coordination signal, and a direct WhatsApp line for day-of communication. We know every access point and position on the Croisette — and we will be exactly where we said we would be.

In the event of client cancellation, 50% of the total amount is retained by CINEDOCKS. No-shows on the day result in 0% refund — the full amount is forfeited. Payment is required 100% in advance. These terms exist because our dates are limited and sold out quickly.

Yes — crediting @cinedocks.redcarpetfilms on all posts featuring our films is mandatory, as specified in our General Terms of Service. This is a professional and contractual obligation. It also protects the integrity of the footage and ensures proper attribution.

Absolutely. Our photography partner Terence Visuals offers three packages (Essentials €350, Signature €850, Prestige €1,650) that can be combined with any CINEDOCKS video package. You can also add Red Carpet Photography as add-on #AO08EN (€450) directly to your main video booking.

Standard packages include social media usage rights only. For commercial use (advertising campaigns, press, TV, broadcast), add-on #AO06EN (Commercial License, €500) is required. Raw log rushes (add-on #AO07EN, €300) are also available if you have your own post-production workflow.
